C-Thru's Lifetime Limited Material Warranty is unequalled by any other sunroom manufacturer. Your new C-Thru Sunroom is warranted for life, as long as you own it! Please read C-Thru Sunrooms warranty information or contact your local Authorized C-Thru Sunrooms Dealer for the complete details on our Lifetime Limited Warranty.

Product warranty 2007 and before, basics
1. Are you covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty?
  • Warranty is only valid or enforceable if registered within 30 days of completion of product installation.
  • Warranty is prorated; first 5 years 100% remaining years are at 50% and are not transferable.
  • All claims must first be presented to the original contractor from whom the C-Thru product was purchased.

2. What is covered by the limited life time warranty?
  • The finish on the product not to peel, blister, flake, or chip subject to the limitations and conditions listed in the warranty.

3. What isn't covered by the limited life time warranty?
  • Installation or design defects, example, leaks or poor craftsmanship or lack of basic maintenance to product.
  • Cost of de installation or re installation of defective parts.
  • Acts of God or normal weathering and wear.
  • Any products installed outside of the design limits set by the manufacture.
  • Products that have become obsolete or discontinued.
  • Cost of shipping and handling coming or going from factory.
  • Products used in commercial applications or other than personal or family use.
  • C-thru has the right to repair or replace defective parts at its sole discretion and may have purchaser send parts back to C-Thru for repair.

4. What we can do to help?
  • Our goal is that each customer be pleased with the purchase of their C-thru product, if your particular circumstance isn't covered by the life time warranty we would still like to help by supplying the needed material to repair your C-Thru product at a reduced dealer cost and assist in locating a dealer to help with installation (if needed) if the original dealer is unavailable. Fill out the warranty claim form and send it in and we will contact you.

Product warranty 2008 and after, basics

1. Are you covered by the limited lifetime warranty?
  • Warranty is only valid or enforceable if registered within 30 days of completion of product installation.
  • Transfers must be done within 60 days of sale of property to be valid.
  • All claims must first be presented to the original contractor from whom the C-Thru product was purchased.
2. What is covered by the limited life time warranty?
  • The finish on the product not to peel, blister, flake, or chip subject to the limitations and conditions listed in the warranty.
  • Glass is warranted against incidental breakage for the life time of the product.
  • Insulated glass components, under normal use, service and correct installation are warranted not to fail for a period of 20 years after date of original purchase.

3. What isn't covered by the limited life time warranty?
  • Installation or design defects, example, leaks or poor craftsmanship or lack of basic maintenance to product.
  • Cost of de installation or re installation of defective parts.
  • Acts of God or normal weathering and wear.
  • Any products installed outside of the design limits set by the manufacture.
